Governments are tracking social programs, but not changing them.

Governments worldwide are updating records of their social assistance and services programs. However, most of these updates are administrative notes, not actual changes to how the programs operate.

This document is a datasheet tracking government actions on social programs. It shows a lot of activity in updating program statuses, but very little in terms of new programs or actual changes to existing ones. This suggests that while governments are monitoring their social safety nets, they are not actively expanding or significantly altering them at this moment. The data indicates a period of stasis in policy implementation, despite the tracking of existing actions.
