Air traffic notices change from 'airmen' to 'air missions'

The Federal Aviation Administration changed the name of its air traffic notices from "Notice to Airmen" to "Notice to Air Missions" for airspace around Northeast Philadelphia Airport. This is a wording change only and does not affect flight rules or boundaries.
