Researchers tested five variants of a popular AI text-reading model (BERT) to see which one best identifies how political stories frame issues — for example, whether a news article about immigration emphasizes security, economics, or humanitarianism. The study adds a Swiss election dataset to help other researchers test whether these models work the same way across different languages and political contexts.
