A small Maine hospital gets its own controlled airspace for helicopters

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes creating a new controlled airspace zone around Blue Hill Memorial Hospital's heliport in Maine. This will make it safer for helicopters to fly using instruments in and out of the hospital.
