Copyright Office will only accept electronic royalty payments

The US Copyright Office will now only accept royalty payments electronically through Pay.gov. This means creators and publishers must use the government's online portal to submit their fees.

This is a small administrative change, but it forces everyone who pays royalties to the Copyright Office to use a single digital system.
