US adds 70 more companies to its export blacklist, mostly in China

The US government has added 70 more companies to a list that restricts their access to American technology and goods. Most of these companies are in China, with others in Iran, Pakistan, South Africa, and the UAE.

This document is a routine update to a growing list of companies that cannot easily buy US technology. It means more companies will struggle to get critical components or software, especially those involved in advanced manufacturing or defense. This makes it harder for these companies to operate and for their countries to develop certain industries without US-made inputs.
