Delaware River Basin fees will change for the next fiscal year

The Delaware River Basin Commission announced new fees and water charges. Companies and organizations operating in the basin will pay these updated rates starting July 2026.

This document simply updates the cost of doing business in the Delaware River Basin for one fiscal year. It does not change how those costs are calculated or who pays them. This is a routine administrative adjustment.
