Railroad reflector rules updated, but only the mailing address changed

The Federal Railroad Administration updated its rules for reflective markings on freight cars. The changes are administrative, mostly updating contact information and addresses.

This document is a non-event. It shows that even minor regulatory updates can be so trivial they only involve changing a mailing address. It does not change how freight cars are marked or how safety is enforced.
